Your Ice Party for 10 Package includes:
- Ice skating and skate rentals for up to ten (10) skaters during your scheduled skating session. Your skating session begins at the party start time you select.

GETTING READY FOR YOUR ICE PARTY
WALKERS / SKATE HELPERS
- Walkers/Skate Helpers are NOT included with your party package. They are available to rent for $5 each. You may reserve up to five when booking your party. Additional Walkers may be rented at the Ticket Booth when you arrive, subject to availability.
RESERVED COVERED PARTY TENT SPACE:
- Includes two 8-foot tables placed end-to-end with folding chairs.
- Your party space is reserved for 2 hours, which includes your 80 minute skating session, plus an additional 30 minutes after your skating session ends.
- Your party package includes skating during the skating session you selected when booking your party. The skating session begins and ends at the scheduled times, even if you or some of your guests arrive late. Guests who arrive after the session begins are still welcome to join the fun, but the skating session cannot be extended.
- After your skating session ends, you’ll still have your reserved party area for an additional 30 minutes to enjoy pizza, dessert, open gifts, or spend time with your guests.
- If any of your guests would like to keep the fun going and skate in the next session, they’re welcome to do so! They’ll just need to purchase a ticket for that session and receive the appropriate wristband before returning to the ice. Tickets are subject to availability.
- Please share this with your guests before the party so everyone knows which skating session is included with your celebration and can plan accordingly.
- Make the space your own! You’re welcome to bring tablecloths, balloons, and other party decorations. Please do not bring confetti, table scatter, or confetti-filled balloons. Confetti is extremely difficult to clean up and can easily spread throughout the rink, so we appreciate your help keeping Modesto On Ice clean and enjoyable for everyone.
- When your party time ends, please gather your decorations, gifts, and personal belongings so our team can prepare the area for the next celebration. We appreciate your help!
- Bring a dessert to celebrate! You’re welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, donuts, cookies, or another dessert, along with bottled water for your guests. No other outside food or beverages are permitted.
- Drink coupons are included with your party package and may be redeemed for loaded hot chocolate, soda, coffee, or tea.
- Still hungry? Our Snack Shack offers a variety of food, snacks, and beverages available for purchase throughout your party.
- **If pizza is included with your party package—or you’ve ordered additional pizzas—**we’ll deliver them to your party area approximately 30 minutes after your skating session begins.
- Need more pizza? Additional pizzas may be ordered at least 72 hours before your party. Call us or email ModestoOnIce@gmail.com to add them to your reservation. Cheese or pepperoni pizzas are $20 each, and combination or vegetarian pizzas are $24 each.
- Need to make changes or add something to your party? Please contact us at least 72 hours before your celebration whenever possible so we can have everything ready for you.
HELP YOUR PARTY GO SMOOTHLY
IMPORTANT: All skaters must have a completed waiver before they can skate.
WHEN YOUR GUESTS ARRIVE
- Please share your party details with your guests in advance, including your skating session time and check-in instructions.
- Ask all skating guests to complete their waiver online before arriving.
- Encourage your guests to arrive a little early so they have time to check in at the Ticket Booth, receive their wristband, and get their skates before hitting the ice.
- Remind guests that your party package includes one designated 80-minute skating session. Guests wishing to skate in the following session will need to purchase a ticket for that session and receive a new wristband.
- Have a few extra skaters joining the celebration? Additional skaters may be added, subject to session availability, for $17 each. Each additional skater includes admission, skate rental, and one drink coupon.
- Don’t forget your socks! We recommend comfortable, lightweight socks that reach mid-calf to provide coverage between your skin and the skate. Avoid ankle socks and very thick or bulky socks, which can cause rubbing or make skates fit too tightly. Comfortable clothing and gloves or mittens are also recommended, especially for younger or newer skaters.
- Please keep track of gifts, shoes, jackets, phones, and other personal belongings during your celebration. Modesto On Ice is not responsible for lost or unattended items.
- Party hosts are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled skating session to check in. Your reserved party area will be available approximately 15 minutes before the skating session begins, giving you time to set up and decorate.
- When you arrive, please check in at the Ticket Booth first.
- We’ll give you your drink coupons.
- You’ll receive a “Shout-Out & Song Request” form to complete with your personalized party shout-out and song choice. We’ll do our best to play your requested song during your skating session.
- We’ll check waivers and provide wristbands for any skating guests who have arrived.
- Once check-in is complete, we’ll show you to your reserved party area so you can get set up and start celebrating!
IMPORTANT: All skaters must have a completed waiver before they can skate.
- Adults (18+) must complete and sign their own waiver.
- Minors must be included on a waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian.
- Please encourage all skating guests to complete their waivers online before arriving. Having waivers completed in advance makes check-in quicker and gives everyone more time to enjoy the party and skate!
WHEN YOUR GUESTS ARRIVE
- Skating guests should check in at the Ticket Booth when they arrive. Our team will verify their waiver, provide the appropriate wristband for the skating session, and direct them to your party area.
- Non-skating guests may go directly to your party area—no waiver or wristband is needed.
